Our local San Diego team responds within 24 hours (usually within 2-4 hours during business days) with full availability confirmation and payment links.
Are monthly & seasonal discounts available?
Yes. Stays of 30 days or longer receive custom discounted residential rates, exempt from short-term transient occupancy tax (TOT).
What are check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures can be arranged based on housekeeping schedules.
Are pets allowed in the houses?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome at Ocotillo House and Desert Bloom Villa with prior host approval and a standard pet sanitation deposit.
